What other explanation could there be for Lee Harvey Oswalds DD214?

What other explanation could there be for Lee Harvey Oswalds DD214 (or equivalent form for 1963) not being available other than he was in the employ of the Central Intelligence Agency? Lee Harvey Oswald actually separated from the USMC in October of 1959, just over four years before shooting President Kennedy. Despite being Court Martialed twice while in the USMC and perhaps a third time, he was awarded a Hardship Honorable Discharge from active duty and placed in an inactive reserve status. A copy of his original DD 214 is below. He then defected to the USSR and offered to give them all the secrets he learned while in the USMC. Due to his defection and offer to reveal classified information his honorable discharge was invalidated and he was undesirable discharged (dishonorable discharged) from the USMC inactive reserves in 1962. Copies of those documents are available in the link I have included. [Documents Concerning Lee Harvey Oswald's Undesirable Discharge] Oswald only had a Confidential security clearance and would not have been exposed to much, if any classified information. He would have brought very little, if anything, to the Soviets that they didn't already have. If Oswalds record was modified by the CIA it would not really matter, but it would certainly have been an improvement over the condition of his discharge at the time of his death. He fought the dishonorable discharge writing letters to the then Secretary of the Navy John Connally, the very man he allegedly shot in Dallas by mistake, or not intentionally anyway. Or was it a mistake?
